At Certified conglomerate, we aim to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. However, certain items fall under categories that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for refund or exchange. We appreciate your understanding of our policy regarding the following non-returnable items:
- Gift Cards:
- All purchases of gift cards are considered final and non-refundable. Gift cards hold a cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary compensation. Please ensure the accuracy of your gift card selection before completing your purchase.
- Downloadable Software:
- Software, once downloaded or activated, is non-returnable. Please review system requirements and product specifications carefully before making your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your downloadable software, our customer support team is here to assist with troubleshooting and technical support.
- Health and Personal Care Items:
- Due to health and safety considerations, products categorized as health and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as skincare products, dietary supplements, and personal grooming tools. We encourage you to make informed decisions when selecting these items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

30-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Upon receiving the returned product and confirming through inspection that it meets our return criteria; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7-10 days of processing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund as of date, please contact our customer support team.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If in the event that you wish to exchange an item, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist in finding a suitable replacement.
Gifts
If you received a physical product as a gift, shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should contact us here.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
